The Office of Investigations and Civil Rights Compliance (formerly the Office of Affirmative Action and Equal Opportunity and the Office of the Title IX Coordinator), offers the UO community a place to discuss and report concerns regarding discriminatory or harassing behavior, and helps identify how such concerns may best be addressed and resolved. The office supports the university’s compliance with federal and state laws regarding prohibited discrimination and harassment and equal employment opportunity. In addition, the chief civil rights officer who oversees its functions serves as the university’s Title IX coordinator. Staff members of the office work with students, faculty and staff members, and campus community members to promote an environment free from discrimination and harassment.

To report a concern or complaint, please visit the website and click on How to Report.
